Classroom Media: Equipment, Training, Installation, and Troubleshooting

Permanently Stationed Equipment

Many campus buildings have equipment permanently stored in them for classroom use. Contact Classroom Support to reserve and gain access to this equipment.

Media Training

Classroom Support provides media training in the classroom or at the time of equipment pick-up/delivery. If departments would like to schedule a training session in a classroom for GTAs, instructors, or others, please contact Classroom Support. We can also schedule one-on-one training sessions. Training is best completed before classes begin but can be done anytime.


Classroom Support provides media classroom troubleshooting by phone at 785-864-1200.

Classroom Support Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Classroom Media Installation

Requests for estimates, work, repairs to departmental media or other installation projects can be initiated by completing the online installation request form.
