Computer Labs

KU IT Computer Labs offer the campus community access to computing resources and a variety of software in support of learning, scholarship, and creative endeavor at KU.

*Access to editing and sound booths is limited to 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays

Virtual Lab

With KU's Virtual Lab students can remotely access some of the most popular campus computer lab applications using a laptop, desktop computer or mobile device — anytime and anywhere they have an Internet connection.

Reserving an Instructional Lab

To reserve a lab space for instructional purposes, visit the Lab Reservation Calendar.

Printing & Copying Information

Multifunction devices (MFD) offering printing, copying and scanning are located in Computer Labs and at standalone locations throughout the KU campus. At the start of the Fall and Spring semesters, currently enrolled students receive $8 worth of free printing, and $4 in the summer. Visit Printing, Copying & Scanning for more information.
