KU Information Technology (IT) Computer Labs offer the campus community access to computing resources and a variety of software in support of learning, scholarship, and creative endeavor at KU. 

Reserving an Instructional Lab

To reserve a lab space for instructional purposes, visit the Lab Reservation Calendar.

Printing and Copying Information

Multifunction devices offering printing, copying and scanning are located in Computer Labs and at standalone locations throughout the KU campus. At the start of the Fall and Spring semesters, currently enrolled students receive $8 worth of free printing, and $4 in the summer. For more information regarding the printing system, please click here.

To access your print balances, transaction history, recent print jobs and environmental impact, please login to myprint.ku.edu.

Budig Computer Lab
8 a.m. to midnight, 7-days a week

Media Production Studio in the Budig Computer Lab
8 a.m. to midnight 7-days a week*
*Access to editing and sound booths is limited to 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays

Harris Computer Lab
Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Sunday, noon to 9 p.m.
