The Media Production Studio has 10 workstations dedicated for post-production use.  Video editing and compositing software include options from Apple (iMovie, Final Cut Pro X, Motion, Compressor) and Adobe (Master Collection CS6, which includes Premiere, After Effects, and more).  For audio editing, both Audacity and Garageband available.  And Camtasia 2 for Mac is also installed for screen recording.

Photo and graphic editing is accomodated by the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).  The Media Production Studio also has scanning capabilities for photos, documents and 35mm slides.

All of the editing workstations are available any time the Budig Computer Lab is open - typically, 8am-midnight every day.

The Media Production Studio & Killer Tracks
We're also proud to offer access to a professional-grade library of production music.  The Media Production Studio has licensed a large portion - over 1,000 CDs worth - of Killer Tracks online library.  It's important to us to offer you this legal access to a high-quality music bed inventory.  So we've licensed access for any of your non-broadcast production work - perfect for a class or campus project.  If your video is in need of music, talk to one of our staff for login info.  You'll be able to browse and sample their audio files online, and download WAV, MP3 or AIFF formats.
