The Media Production Studio has multiple solutions to help you capture the content you need.  If you're needing to shoot an interview or scene on-camera, we have our Budig 101 studio space.  And if you'd like to capture voice-over or vocals, you can use the soundbooth located in the Media Production Studio.

Budig 101 studio space
Located just upstairs from the Media Production Studio, we have a small studio space with a light kit and green screen available.  We have a HD camcorder and wireless microphone system dedicated to the space, and it's a favorable setting for one or two-person interviews.

Media Production Studio Soundbooth
Our 1-person soundbooth has both Windows and Mac laptops available for use.  Audio recording can be done with software on either laptop, with Audacity or Garageband.  Camtasia is also on each laptop, for recording on-screen tutorials or narrated PowerPoints.

To use any of our recording spaces, please check in with our front desk.  Access to the Budig 101 space is available via our staff - 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday.  You can reserve any of our spaces by contacting itmps@ku.edu or 864-6452.
