Microsoft Office is an office suite of desktop applications, servers and services for the Microsoft Windows and Mac operating systems. It includes Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Access and Publisher.

Microsoft Office 365 provides online versions of Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote and more. Office 365 is accessible anywhere, anytime from any computer or mobile device with an Internet connection. Office 365 is directly integrated with OneDrive for Business for editing and co-authoring documents.

Users can also download free desktop versions of Microsoft Office products through Office 365 in myCommunity.

On KU-Owned Work Machines:
