Refunds will be granted only for physical issues with a print job, for example: paper jamming/tearing during printing, toner running out, or other printing issues that may occur due to the print system. Refunds will not be granted for print jobs that were mistakenly printed, incorrectly formatted, or were not intended to be printed by the student.
To request a refund:
- Go to myprint.ku.edu, locate your document, and click the Refund button.
- Contact a staff member in your printing/copying location and provide the damaged documents for approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund amount will be added to your PaperCut account. The next time you print, funds will be taken from this account first, before using the funds associated with your free printing or Beak Em' Bucks account.
