Resource Accounts

Automated resource booking allows faculty and staff to schedule rooms when setting up meetings in their Outlook calendar. Automated booking provides a quick response (accept or decline) for users when scheduling rooms and reduces the time room moderators must spend managing room requests.

The decision whether to allow automated booking is made by the room moderator, typically someone in the building or department where the room is located. 

To enable automated booking for rooms you manage, you must first have a Resource Account. If you are responsible for scheduling rooms or equipment, complete the appropriate form to request a Resource Account:
