KU IT provides a diverse range of technology support to KU students via the Customer Service Center. Our support staff strive to quickly, courteously and effectively meet your technology needs and facilitate the innovative use of technology in support of learning, scholarship and creative endeavor.

The KU IT Customer Service Center provides assistance with general technology questions or where to find additional help. Assistance with data, video and phone services is also available.

KU Student Housing Intenet & Cable TV Support

KU partners with Apogee (ResNet) to provide advanced network services and cable TV to campus residence halls, scholarship halls and on-campus apartments. Apogee provides support 24/7 via email and phone: support@myresnet.com | 855-643-2149. Visit Apogee's myResNet student portal for more information and to sign up for Internet access and cable TV service in KU student housing.
