07/05/20 - Identity management systems unavailable 4 - 10 a.m. on July 5
KU IT will update its identity management systems on July 5. Please do not attempt the following activities during this time:
- Changing passwords.
- Creating or changing an email alias.
Attempts to change email aliases and passwords during this time will result in a message stating the system is down.
Important Note: If your password is set to expire on July 5, we recommend that before that you do one of the following on or before July 4:
- Go to myidentity.ku.edu/password and change your password.
- Use the Control-Alt-Del > “Change a password” option on a KU-owned computer. NOTE: You must using the KUAnywhere VPN when you do this.
