Enroll & Pay is Getting an Upgrade

Enroll & Pay will be unavailable for three days, Oct. 4-6, as KU completes an upgrade of the system. Enroll & Pay and all related systems are expected to be available no later than 8 a.m. on Oct. 7.

Taking a system offline for an extended period is never ideal, but it is necessary to complete this important upgrade. IT staff have chosen this timeframe because it is after the usual add-drop period and well before spring 2020 enrollment. Still, we recognize that it will cause some inconvenience and we appreciate your patience.

Note: Please be sure you are using sa.ku.edu to access the system going forward.

If you have questions or concerns, contact us at 785-864-8080 or itcsc@ku.edu. And, you can visit us in person at the KU IT walk-up help desk located on the third floor of Anschutz Library.

Students
In addition to Enroll & Pay itself being unavailable, the myKU portal’s My Progress, Classes.ku.edu, Undergraduate Certificates, Student Checklist and courses and grades features will also be unavailable during the Oct. 4-6 upgrade window. Some electronic forms that systematically prefill student information from Enroll & Pay will also be impacted by this outage.

Once the upgrade is complete, you will see a new and improved Enroll & Pay with a tile-based homepage featuring clear category names that will make finding the information you need much easier than before.

What you will see when the upgrade is complete:

Upon logging in, you will encounter the screen above. The new interface is more modern, mobile friendly and easier to navigate to find your enrollment and financial records.

Faculty/Staff
In addition to Enroll & Pay itself being unavailable, the myKU portal’s Class Roster feature will also be unavailable during the Oct. 4-6 upgrade window.

Perceptive Content/ImageNow workflows or eForms that interact with Enroll & Pay via PeopleSoft Views or Web Services will also be impacted by this outage. If you have any questions about the impact to your workflow/eForms, please contact Cheryl Harber. Enroll & Pay, workflow/eForms and the myKU portal features are expected to be available no later than 8 a.m. on Oct. 7.

Once the upgrade is complete, you will see a new and improved Enroll & Pay with a tile-based homepage featuring clear category names that will make finding the information you need much easier than before.
