03/13/21 - Exadata Database (click to see list) maintenance 8pm, March 13

Maintenance to the Exadata database system will be performed on Saturday, March 13, 8pm to Sunday, March 14, noon.  Exadata supports the following systems:

 
  • KUCard 
  • Blackboard
  • HRPay
  • Campus Solutions
  • Demis
  • Identity Management
  • Image Now
  • Maximo
  • OAC (Oracle Analytics in the Cloud)
  • PaperCut
  • Timelink
  • KU Portal
  • Room Scheduling Software RMS
  • Quest Stat
  • Atomic

No outage is expected, and we plan on checking all affected services after this work is done. 

If you are unable to access any of these systems after Sunday, 12 noon, please contact the IT Customer Service Center at 785-864-8080 or itcsc@ku.edu.
