All official KU units/departments can request a content management system (CMS) website account. Student organizations and individuals are not eligible for CMS accounts. Clients may contact KU IT Web Support for assistance developing and creating CMS sites.

Clients may contact KU IT Web Support to maintain existing websites. Service includes content updates, additions, and reformatting of existing documents (such as Word or other HTML) as requested by the client.
Average turnaround time: Generally 2-3 days, but may be longer depending on the current work in queue and complexity of the edits.

Database Creation
KU Web Support provides assistance to faculty and staff for the development of online databases. Access to databases, or database accounts, will be available 24/7, except during scheduled maintenance periods. Online database development requests must be verified and approved by a departmental sponsor.
KU Support can also assist faculty and staff to create an account upon which to develop and maintain an online database of your own. Users planning to create and maintain their own online database must be trained in the programming language they plan to use.
