Description —
Covidence helps researchers to manage all phases of evidence synthesis research projects (e.g. systematic reviews, meta-analysis). Users can collaborate on importing citations, screening, quality assessment, data extraction, and exporting results. KU researchers can add team members, regardless of affiliation.
Cost —
KU Libraries is providing an institutional license through June 2023, which allows KU researchers to initiate projects with Covidence at no cost.
Access —
Sign up for a KU institutional account at the KU Covidence invitation page. Once your account is established, log in at the Covidence home page.
Support —
Support is provided through Covidence. You can find answers to common questions at the Covidence Knowledge Base. Contact support@covidence.org for additional support.
KU researchers who need help with Covidence or project support can request KU Libraries systematic review service.
Training and Tutorials —
Covidence offers monthly introductory webinars and recordings of past orientation sessions. A series of short videos orients users to common tasks such as inviting team members, importing citations, and screening.
