Blackboard Learning Management System (LMS) Can be accessed by all KU faculty, staff and students. courseware.ku.edu
Cisco AnyConnect (KU Anywhere) KU Anywhere allows secure access to resources on the KU network, such as a departmental file server, from a computer that is not connected to the KU's network but is connected to the Internet. Available to all KU employees. Click the "Access" tab on the KU Anywhere service page for information.
File Storage Cloud and shared file storage for individuals, departments and groups. Learn more... Various options can be accessed by any KU employee or students. See the File Storage overview page.
Kaltura Media hosting platform that provides an "Express Capture" option for quickly record yourself from a web browser. Learn more... Available to all KU employees. mediahub.ku.edu
Sharepoint Closed sites where departments or groups can share information and collaborate on files. Learn more... Available to all KU faculty, staff and students. Individuals must be given access to specific sites to edit or view information. office365.ku.edu 
Skype for Business KU's unified communication platform used for chat, voice calls, and online meetings. Learn more... Available to all KU employees. Click the "Access" tab on the Skype for Business service page.
Microsoft Teams Chat-based collaboration tool that can be added to SharePoint sites to share and reply to posts, upload files, create tasks using Planner and create notes using OneNote. Learn more... Available to all KU faculty, staff and students. Individuals must be given access to specific teams to edit or view information. office365.ku.edu 
VoiceThread Asynchronous tool for sharing presentations and allowing for comments. Learn more... Available to all KU faculty, staff and students.  ku.voicethread.com/login
Zoom Online video conferencing tool. Any employee can schedule a meeting with up to 300 people after they have signed in once at kansas.zoom.us.

Students can setup Zoom meetings to work with classmates, but this free option is limited to 40-minute meetings.
