|Microsoft Teams||Chat-based collaboration tool that can be added to SharePoint sites to share and reply to posts, upload files, create tasks using Planner and create notes using OneNote. |Zoom||Online video conferencing tool.||Any employee can schedule a meeting with up to 300 people after they have signed in once at kansas.zoom.us.
Students can setup Zoom meetings to work with classmates, but this free option is limited to 40-minute meetings.
