Description —
Microsoft Teams includes a chat function for instant messaging. KU faculty and staff can use Teams on their computer or a mobile app to chat. Because Teams is compatible with laptops, tablets and smartphones, chats can happen anywhere there is internet access.
Access —
Teams is part of Office 365, which is installed on all KU-managed workstations. Students, faculty and staff can download Office 365 on personal/home computers at no cost.
