KU provides the following directory services:

KU Online Directory — An online A to Z listing of KU units, departments and organizations.
KU People Search — Online listing of email addresses, phone numbers, and Web pages of KU faculty, staff, and students (email only).
Global Address Book — Integrated with Outlook to provide easy access to email addresses and phone numbers for sending email messages and calendar invitations.

Select "A-Z" at the top of any KU website.

Access the KU People Search directory online. Note: Searching the student directory requires log in with a KU Online ID and password.

Access via Microsoft Outlook.

Support is available through the KU Information Technology Customer Service Center at itcsc@ku.edu or 785-864-8080.

Students — Log in to Enroll & Pay to update phone numbers, addresses and emergency contacts. For information about changing information on academic records and restricting or releasing personal academic information, please visit the Registrar's Office. Note: Student information in the People Search directory includes only KU email address.
Faculty and Staff — Log in to HR/Pay then "Personal Details" to update phone numbers, addresses and other information. Note: Faculty/staff information in the People Search directory includes only the following:
- KU email address
- KU phone number
- Job Title
- Department
- Campus work location
