Description

Outlook is widely used at KU for scheduling meetings between colleagues and students, as well as for reserving and booking resources, such as conference rooms. Outlook can be used to schedule and send invitation for in-person meetings, or remote meetings in Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

Although calendars are automatically configured as private (i.e., meeting details hidden), users can choose to share their calendars so colleagues, supervisors, direct reports, etc. can view additional calendar details, such as meeting titles and location.

Access

Outlook calendar is available as part of Microsoft Office 365.

Support

Support is available through the KU Information Technology Customer Service Center at itcsc@ku.edu or 785-864-8080.

Training and Tutorials

Outlook Calendar tutorials and guides are available on the HowToKU website.
