Use this document management system to convert physical files into digital records and create electronic forms and workflows. Perceptive Content/ImageNow enables schools and departments to reduce their paper-based forms and workflows and replace them with cost-saving custom electronic forms and workflows.
Custom eForms can be developed in Perceptive Content/ImageNow. These forms can pre-fill data from HR/Pay and Enroll & Pay to provide consistent, accurate data and reduce manual data entry. eForms can be designed with drop-down lists and required fields identified for easy entry and processing.
Workflow allows you to systematically capture and process information, route forms for review, track approvals and store digital documents. Any type of document can be managed and routed electronically. Document workflows can be automated, from submission to final archive, making the approval process take less time and be more intuitive and transparent to users.
Scanning (aka: document imaging or capture) creates an electronic version of a physical document for easy storage and retrieval. In addition, through role-based security, the document can be more securely shared. Back scanning converts large quantities of existing paper records to electronic documents.
