Allows for automated resource booking of meeting rooms and/or equipment in Outlook calendar. Automated booking provides a quick response (accept or decline) for users when scheduling rooms/equipment and reduces the time that moderators must spend managing requests.
The decision whether to allow automated booking is made by the resource moderator, typically someone in the building or department where the room/equipment is located.
To enable automated booking, the moderator must first have a Resource Account.
Resource moderators must complete the appropriate request form below, depending on whether they want to enable automatic booking for rooms or equipment:
