Simple Syllabus helps instructors to quickly and easily create, personalize and publish interactive class syllabi. When using Simple Syllabus, instructors can use templates and auto-populated language that meets standards outlined by their academic unit and KU’s Syllabus Policy.

Instructors can add images, audio and video to a syllabus, and Simple Syllabus streamlines syncing Canvas assignment information, such as due dates, into the syllabus.

Much of the necessary course information, such as course titles, numbers, descriptions and meeting time/days, is automatically pre-populated into syllabi templates from centrally managed systems, so instructors don't have to find, copy and paste the relevant information.
