Technology Support Centers
KU IT provides a diverse range of campus technology support to KU faculty and staff via our courteous and knowledgeable technology support staff. Support staff are managed by KU IT via our Technology Support Centers and conveniently located in close proximity to their customers. Our technology support staff strive to quickly, courteously and effectively meet your technology needs and facilitate the innovative use of technology in support of learning, scholarship and creative endeavor. Technology support staff provide a single point of contact for services including: computer setup and installation, workstation maintenance, application support, peripheral support, network support, personal and group file storage, and technology planning and recommendation.

Help After Hours & Away From Office:
The KU IT Customer Service Center (ITCSC) primarily supports students, but faculty and staff can also contact the ITCSC for campus technology assistance, particularly for help after hours or when traveling.

Customer Service Center
The KU IT Customer Service Center (ITCSC) primarily supports students, but faculty and staff can also contact the ITCSC for campus technology assistance, particularly for help after hours or when traveling. The ITCSC assists individuals with general technology questions or can provide information on where you can find additional help. Assistance with data, video and phone services is also available.
Academic breaks, holidays and other special hours: Hours may vary on holidays, during breaks and in the summer. Please check IT News & Alerts for special hours. Walk-up support will be closed when Anschutz Library is closed for holidays and academic breaks. Check Anschutz schedule and hours.
Help with resetting passwords and Duo multi-factor authentication is available 24 hours a day by calling 785-864-8080.
