Moving from Skype for Business to Teams

KU currently uses both Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams for internal communications across the university. Microsoft is officially retiring Skype for Business and encouraging hybrid organizations using both programs to make a full transition to Teams before Skype for Business support is discontinued for good.

If you haven’t made the switch already, we recommend familiarizing yourself with Teams now so you can take advantage of the chat, video meeting, phone, document collaboration and application integration all in one place.
