KU's Log-in Page Has Changed
On Sunday, March 22, KU Information Technology will update its Single Sign-On (SSO) page, which is the log-in page where you enter your KU Online ID and password to access KU online resources.
As KU IT works to implement this update, the SSO page is expected to be down for a few minutes between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. March 22. During this time, you will be unable to access KU resources through the SSO page. If you need uninterrupted service, including the KU Anywhere VPN, please plan to sign in to any KU resource before the maintenance window begins.
The SSO page will be unavailable intermittently during the two-hour change window. If you experience issues logging in during that time, wait a few minutes and try again.
After the SSO page is updated, here's what you need to know:
- The SSO page will look different but will continue to be safe to use.
- You will still use Duo’s multi-factor authentication process.
- Your KU credentials will remain the same.
Below is a screenshot of what the new page will look like:

If you have any issues following the update or questions about the new SSO page, please reach out to the KU IT Help Desk at 785-864-8080 or ithelpdesk@ku.edu.
