Wi-Fi and Internet Outage, May 18 & 20


Required maintenance will disrupt wired ethernet and Wi-Fi service in all Lawrence campus buildings except residence halls on Monday, May 18 and Wednesday, May 20. The work is scheduled for 4 a.m. until 7 a.m. each night. (Additional work days are scheduled for 5/22 and 5/27-29, if needed.)

Internet connectivity will be intermittently disrupted. The network will not be offline at a given location for the entire scheduled time period.

If you have a process or system that requires an uninterrupted network connection during the scheduled time period, request assistance by contacting your IT support team or the IT Help Desk at ithelpdesk@ku.edu or 785-864-8080

Please note that security cameras systems, devices using a cellular connection for network connectivity, and wireless connections in the residence halls will not be affected by the downtime.
