Printing for Campus Visitors

Visitors can print and scan using multifunction devices (MFDs) in computer labs and KU Libraries locations across the Lawrence and Edwards campuses.

Cost

Scanning is free, and scanned documents can be saved to a thumb drive or sent to your KU email address. Printing costs are $0.10 per side for black and white and $0.50 for color.

Refunds

No cash refunds are available. Reprints will be provided only for equipment or system errors, such as paper jamming/tearing during printing, toner running out, or other printing issues that may occur due to the print system. Refunds will not be granted for print jobs that were mistakenly printed, incorrectly formatted, or were not intended to be printed.
