More About the Morning Keynote
In this talk, we will explore the intersection of AI and Project Management, focusing on emerging trends that are reshaping the field. We’ll delve into how AI is revolutionizing traditional project management tasks such as meeting minutes, lessons learned, and risk assessments.
AI’s ability to automate and enhance these tasks can lead to more efficient and effective project management. For instance, AI can transcribe and analyze meeting minutes in real-time, highlighting key decisions and action items. It can also systematically capture and analyze lessons learned, turning them into actionable insights for future projects.
Moreover, AI can transform risk assessments by predicting potential risks based on historical data and current project parameters. This allows for proactive risk management and more informed decision-making. This will not only be theory, but Rick will show how he uses AI on a daily basis to improve his productivity.
Join us as we delve into these topics and more, exploring the future of AI in Project Management. You can also read the latest article from Centric Consulting’s CEO in Forbes: AI Will Save – Not Kill – Project Management.
